"Showed up sooner than expected"
I ordered a club from dallasgolf.com and was happy with how fast it got here. It showed up a few days earlier than I expected, which was a nice little win. The tracking updated like it should, so I always knew where it was. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the box looked a bit rough when it arrived, but the club itself was totally fine. I’d definitely order from them again.

"Helpful staff, but a little hit or miss"
I had an okay experience with Dallas Golf. The staff definitely seemed to know their stuff when it came to clubs and shafts, and that did help me narrow down what I was looking for.

At the same time, it kind of felt like the help worked when it wanted to. Some answers were quick, and I had to ask the same thing twice before getting a clearer response. Nobody was rude or anything, just a little rushed.

Overall, not a bad experience, but not perfect either. The knowledge is there, I just wish the service felt a bit more consistent and patient...

I ordered from dallasgolf.com, and to be fair, the delivery itself was steady and showed up when they said it would. The tracking updated normally, so I wasn’t left guessing where my club was.
The box did have a small dent, but luckily nothing inside was damaged. I guess it worked out fine in the end, but I did feel a little misled because I expected the packaging and overall experience to feel a bit more polished. Not perfect, but reliable enough that I’d probably order again.

I sent in my clubs for a trade-in and assumed the quote would stay close to what they gave me at first. Once they got them, they dropped the offer, which was frustrating. I also figured getting a response would be quick, but it took way longer than expected. Then getting the clubs shipped back turned into more of a hassle than it should’ve been. I wouldn’t use them again.

I liked that they offered custom shaft and grip options, which was mainly why I ordered. For some reason, sorting through all the choices felt a little clunky and took longer than I expected. The order showed up fine, just not especially fast. I’d probably consider using them again if the price was right

"Surprisingly Good Deal, How Annoying"
I bought a used wedge from dallasgolf.com, and somehow the price was actually way better than most of the other places I checked. Rude of them, to make comparison shopping feel pointless. The club showed up in better shape than I expected too, which was a nice surprise. Overall, it felt like a solid deal, and yeah, I’d probably order from them again.

"Return was fine, just a bit slower than I hoped"
I bought a club from Dallas Golf and ended up needing to return it. The return process did work, but it wasn’t exactly quick. I had to check in once because it was taking longer than I expected. To be fair, if you’re not in a rush, it’s probably not a huge deal, and the refund did come through eventually. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I would’ve liked.

But the tracking updates were messy, messy enough that I wasn’t really sure what was going on, and when I reached out to support, the answers felt vague. "Small Mix-Up, but They Made It Right"
My order showed up with the wrong shaft at first, which was definitely frustrating since I was hoping to use it that weekend. It wasn’t the best start, but mistakes happen.

I reached out to Dallas Golf and they responded quickly. They sent the correct shaft and included a return label for the other one. It did take a few extra days overall, but they handled the issue professionally enough that I’d still order from them again.

Just a heads up for anyone ordering: the item showed as in stock when I placed my order, but afterward I was told it wasn’t actually available. It was a bit frustrating and felt like a waste of time. I’d recommend double-checking with customer service before ordering if it’s something you need soon. Hopefully they keep the site inventory updated better going forward

The clubs were definitely legit and exactly what I was hoping for, so that was a relief. The only thing I’d say is the whole process felt a little light on updates, which had me wondering for a bit. But in the end, everything showed up as real, solid gear, and I’d feel comfortable ordering again

The clubs themselves showed up safe, so no real complaints there. The packaging did its job, but the box was a little beat up around the corners and one flap looked kind of squished, which I noticed right away. Inside was mostly fine, just a bit messy with the packing material not really sitting neatly. Overall, everything arrived okay.
